Pear Recruitment - Property Manager Location – Stratford Salary - Up to £30,000 Working Hours - Monday–Friday 9am–6pm, Driver not essential for this role Our client, based in the thriving area of East London, is seeking a Property Manager to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for the sector, strong organisational skills, and clear ambition to build a long-term career in property The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring both landlords and tenants always receive an outstanding level of service. The Role: • Managing a portfolio of properties • Booking and checking Management Inspections • Identify maintenance issues and potential risks. • Co-ordination of estimates and undertaking of repairs by contractors • Advise owners on maintenance, budgeting, and property improvements. • Negotiating and co-ordinating renewal contracts • Preparation of tenancy agreements • Process referencing • Collection and processing of documentation from landlords and tenants • Manage tenant move ins and move outs • Conduct regular property inspections • Ensure compliance with property laws, regulations, and local authority requirements. Skills Required: • Property and facilities management knowledge. • Customer service and communication skills. • Budgeting and financial management. • Negotiation and conflict resolution. • Organization and time management. • Knowledge of property laws and regulations. • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
