Senior Negotiator / Lister
We're looking for an experienced, driven sales professional to join a well-established and highly regarded estate agency as a Lister/Senior Negotiator.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on building relationships, loves the thrill of winning new business, and wants to be rewarded properly for their efforts — with realistic earnings of £40,000 and a genuine path for career progression.
The Package
• Basic salary: £23,000, with guaranteed earnings for the first 3 months
• Realistic earnings (including commission): £40,000
• Car allowance of £2,500, or a company car
• A full UK driving licence is essential
• 5 days a week, with a flexible working pattern (2 Saturdays on, 1 off)
• 33 days paid holiday, plus an extra day off for your birthday

The Role
• Provide expert marketing advice to help vendors achieve the best possible sale price
• List properties and negotiate to secure strong outcomes for clients
• Stay on top of local market trends and build a reputation as a trusted expert
• Proactively generate new leads and business opportunities
• Work closely with the team to match properties with the right buyers
• Support the smooth running and profitability of the branch
• Help lead and motivate the team, including running morning meetings in the Branch Manager's absence
About You
• Skilled at building relationships and converting valuations into instructions
• Driven, ambitious, and comfortable working under pressure
• Self-motivated with a genuine passion for delivering great customer outcomes
• Strong work ethic, with honesty, trust, and respect as core values
• Previous experience in estate agency sales or listing is essential
