Qualified Social Worker, Neighbourhood Team, Blackpool Council Pay rate to £30.66 per hour Vitalis are recruiting for experienced Social Worker to work in a Neighbourhood Team in Blackpool Council. We have an exciting opportunity for a Social Worker to become a part of our Neighbourhood Health and Social Care Team. (Health Team) The successful candidate will join our community based multi- disciplinary teams located within health centres in Blackpool. You will work collaboratively to ensure effective and strength led health, care and support assessments and services are implemented for people and carers to remain well in the community.
