Quality Manager

Description • Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. • Lead quality assurance initiatives to maintain product integrity and customer satisfaction. • Oversee quality control processes across production lines, identifying areas for improvement. • Conduct audits and inspections to ensure adherence to internal and external quality requirements. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues promptly. • Provide training and support to staff on quality standards and best practices. • Analyse quality metrics and generate reports to guide decision-making and process enhancements. • Maintain effective communication with suppliers and customers regarding quality matters.
