Job Title: Receptionist / Office Manager Location: West End, London Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 DOE Type: 5 days in the office Hours: 9am-6pm I am partnering with a fantastic advisory firm based in the heart of the West End, who are seeking a proactive and personable individual to join their company in a Receptionist/Office Manager role. This role is based within the main office, where you will be faced with day-to-day tasks and ensuring a smooth running of the office. This role is perfect for someone looking to further develop their administrative skills within a busy, successful office. This would suit an individual that has worked within high-end hospitality or a corporate setting, that is looking to really grow into the role, take initiative to go above and beyond and make it their own. What you’ll do: • Answering calls and meeting/greeting clients and visitors • Prepare and organise meetings rooms • Managing office supplies and ensure smooth running of day-to-day operations • Coordinate and organise team social events and culture initiatives • Provide occasional ad hoc support to the CEO Who you are: • Previous experience within high-end hospitality • At least 6 months’ experience in a corporate environment • Highly organised with a positive work ethic and good attention to detail • Can-do attitude and ability to work under pressure and maintain professionalism, whilst handling multiple tasks • A confident communicator with a warm and professional approach • Flexible and adaptable in fast-paced environments This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-respected company that offer great benefits and great potential to grow within the role and further.
