£27,500 - £33,000 + uncapped commission Birmingham - Full-time Office-based (first 3 months), then hybrid (1-2 days WFH) Ready to build your own desk and earn what you’re worth? If you’re an experienced recruitment consultant who enjoys developing new business, building lasting client relationships, and growing a successful desk, this is your opportunity to take real ownership of your market. You’ll join a supportive, collaborative team in a modern Birmingham office (right next to the train station), with the autonomy to shape your desk and maximise your earnings in a high-demand market.
