What You’ll Be Doing • Sourcing, screening, and interviewing engineering candidates across London. • Building strong relationships with clients in construction, manufacturing, infrastructure, and tech engineering. • Matching skilled engineers to temporary, contract, and permanent roles. • Managing the full recruitment cycle, from job adverts to job placements. • Attending site visits, client meetings, and industry events to expand your network. • Working towards achievable weekly and monthly targets with support and ongoing training. What We’re Looking For • Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with both candidates and clients. • A motivated, resilient personality suited to a fast-paced environment. • Interest in engineering or technical industries (no prior experience required). • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work in a target-driven environment. • Previous sales, customer service, or recruitment experience is a bonus but not essential.
