Regional HR Business Partner
Birmingham – largely remote with regular travel to the Head Office just outside of Birmingham
This Regional HR Business partner role is working for a business that is exciting and dynamic. This is a business that grows through Acquisition and has a number of exciting change projects on the go. The role is acting as the HR lead for change projects and supporting management teams based across the country, you will manage your diary.

The Role
As the Regional HR Business Partner you will shape HR strategy and activity to support business change. This position will allow you to work with senior management to achieve results. play a key role in leading change such as restructures, succession, talent, engagement & capability
Regional HR Business Partner – Responsibilities:
• Working closely the management teams to implement the corporate strategy and vision
• Work closely with management teams based across the England & Wales,
• You will be instrumental in developing leadership capability
• Design & implement exciting initiatives around Performance management, Comp & bens, employee engagement, diversity & inclusion,
• Employee Relations – this role involves managing high risk ER cases
• You will be pro-active in identifying people issues and trends which affect business performance and results and work together with your key stakeholders to formulate and implement solutions.
• Build positive relationships with your managers and employee base to ensure they are pro-actively engaged with the company vision and strategy
Regional HR Business Partner – Skills and Experience Required:
• My client is looking for someone who has experience of working within an operational environment, someone who has partnered operational leaders across large businesses. Suitable backgrounds include hospitality, Retail, Care, logistics.
• You’ll be used to supporting large employee groups and have solid experience working in multi site environments.
• You’ll have an inbuilt skill of building strong partnerships and understanding challenges.
• This role provides a great mix of strategy and operational hands-on work.
• Your CV will clearly outline your experience around tupe transfers, initiatives around change, Talent Management, Succession planning, Performance and Reward and Change Management where you have been instrumental in delivering.
