Regional Sales Manager - ScotlandLocation: Scotland Salary: Competitive Benefits: Company car + bonus A new Regional Sales Manager role covering Scotland, focused on driving sales across material processing, recycling and waste equipment. Typical Duties (not limited to): • Leading and developing a team of Sales Managers across Scotland • Owning and delivering the regional sales plan • Selling crushers, screeners, shredders, material handlers and attachments • Managing key accounts and building new high-value relationships • Handling part-exchange and trade-in opportunities • Using digital tools for pipeline, forecasting and quoting • Working closely with internal support, production and workshop teams • Attending industry shows/exhibitions when required To be considered: • Proven senior sales experience in material processing, recycling or material handling • Strong commercial awareness with solid pipeline and margin management • Confident communicator with good negotiation skills • Self-motivated, structured and results-driven • Strong IT literacy • Full UK Driving Licence + willingness to travel --- Fusion People are committed to promoting equal opportunities to people regardless of age, gender, religion, belief, race, sexuality or disability.
