This is a rare opportunity to create something from the ground up. The home is ready to open, giving you the chance to add your own personal touch, build and recruit your own team, and shape the culture before welcoming young people. Although you'll have the autonomy to make the home your own, you'll never be on your own. The organisation prides itself on supporting every manager and every home, with a hands-on leadership team that genuinely cares about the success, wellbeing, and development of its staff. What's on Offer: • £50,000-£55,000 salary (DOE) • Annual performance bonus plus a two-tier Ofsted inspection bonus • 36 days annual leave (including bank holidays) plus your birthday off • Opportunity to recruit and develop your own staff team • Immediate start available, supporting existing homes while yours is prepared for opening • A supportive, family-feel organisation where your ideas and leadership are valued The Ideal Candidate: • Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) • Minimum 2 years' experience within an Ofsted-regulated children's residential setting • At least 1 year's experience in a supervisory or management role • A resilient, proactive leader with a positive, can-do attitude • Passionate about achieving exceptional outcomes for children and young people If you're looking for the opportunity to build a home your way, with the backing of a supportive company that truly invests in its people rather than treating them like a number, we'd love to hear from you. Interested? Apply today or get in touch to find out more.
