The Role As Registered Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall leadership and performance of the service, ensuring the highest standards of care, safeguarding and regulatory compliance. You will: • Lead and inspire a dedicated office and care team. • Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and standards. • Champion outstanding person-centred care. • Build meaningful relationships with service users, families and professionals. • Drive quality assurance, governance and continuous improvement. • Support recruitment, retention and staff development. • Oversee care planning, risk management and service delivery. • Promote a positive and supportive culture across the service. About You We're looking for someone who: • Holds an NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent). • Has at least three years' experience within a domiciliary care setting. • Has strong knowledge of CQC regulations and inspection frameworks. • Is an effective and compassionate leader. • Has experience managing teams and driving service improvements. • Is passionate about delivering outstanding care.
