Regulatory Paralegal, 6 month contract, London/ Hybrid, £35,000 pro rata. A leading UK regulator is looking for Regulatory Paralegals to join its Fitness to Practise team on an initial six month contract, with the potential for the roles to become permanent. Job ref: 4256 THE ROLE: The appointed Paralegal will work as part of a busy investigations team, handling a varied caseload involving concerns about the conduct of professionals. Responsibilities include assessing risk, gathering evidence, and progressing cases through the regulatory process in line with statutory requirements. This is a fast paced role that requires strong organisational skills, good judgement, and the ability to manage competing priorities while preparing cases for panel consideration. THE CANDIDATE: Applications are open to candidates with at least 18 months’ experience in investigations, regulatory work, or litigation case handling, who can demonstrate strong analytical skills and the ability to manage a high volume caseload independently. Successful applicants will also demonstrate excellent communication and attention to detail, experience handling sensitive and confidential information within a regulated environment and must have the right to work in the UK and be able to pass DBS and pre employment screening checks.
