| Residential Surveyor | Upto £70.5K Basic, Upto £110K OTE | Remote Working | AssocRICS qualified and looking for flexibility with excellent earning potential? We're recruiting for a Residential Surveyor to join a highly successful and growing chartered surveying practice covering the Kingston-upon-Thames area. This is an excellent opportunity to join the business on an employed basis, offering remote working, full or part-time hours, an attractive bonus scheme, and genuine long-term career progression. Working within a 25-mile radius from your home, you'll carry out residential surveys and valuations while delivering a high-quality service to clients across the region. The Role As a Residential Surveyor, you will: • Carry out RICS Level 2 HomeBuyer Surveys • Undertake Mortgage Valuations • Deliver accurate, professional reports using industry-leading software • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients • Ensure surveys and valuations are completed to RICS standards and agreed timescales • Manage your own diary and workload efficiently • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the survey process Residential Surveyor Requirements • AssocRICS qualified or above • Minimum of two years' post-qualification surveying experience • VRS registered • Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently and manage your own workload • Full UK driving licence What's on Offer? • Basic salary of £52,500 - £70,500 (depending on experience and agreed working days) • Realistic OTE of up to £110,000 • Attractive monthly bonus scheme • Generous car allowance plus business mileage • Company sick pay • RICS subscriptions fully paid • Industry-leading report writing software • Company pension • Genuine career progression opportunities Working Arrangements • Remote/home-based working • Full-time or part-time hours available • Monday to Friday working • Survey work within a 25-mile radius of your home Apply Today!
