Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and autonomous General Practitioner to join our friendly rural practice in Fleggburgh. On designated working days, you will act as the sole GP on site, providing comprehensive primary care services to our patient population. Key Responsibilities: • Deliver high-quality, patient-centred medical care across a full range of primary care presentations • Conduct face-to-face and telephone consultations, including urgent and routine appointments • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions • Prescribe medications and review ongoing treatments • Make appropriate referrals to secondary care and other services • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records • Provide clinical leadership and decision-making as the sole GP on duty • Collaborate effectively with nursing, administrative, and allied healthcare staff Requirements: • Fully qualified GP with current GMC registration and licence to practise • Experience working independently in a primary care setting • Strong clinical decision-making and organisational skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities • Ability to manage workload efficiently as the sole clinician on site Desirable: • Experience in rural or community-based practice • Interest in continuity of care and community health Working Pattern:Sessions available on specified days, during which the GP will be the sole doctor on site.
