Sales Assistant

Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and personable , mature Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team. This is a part time role and you must have availability on Tuesdays /Saturdays and Sundays Selling our beautiful prom and bridesmaids dresses. This role involves engaging with clients, supporting sales processes, and fostering strong customer relationships. The successful candidate will play a vital part in driving business growth through excellent service and effective communication. Duties • Greet customers professionally and assist them with their enquiries • Support the sales team in identifying client needs and offering suitable solutions • Close sales effectively • Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team targets and improve overall sales performance Experience • Proven experience in sales • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal • Experience in customer service roles demonstrating patience and professionalism This position is ideal for motivated individuals eager to enhance their sales expertise within a supportive team environment.
