This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Negotiator, Valuer, Lister, Assistant Manager or Sales Manager who enjoys winning instructions, building relationships and driving results. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, conducting market appraisals, winning instructions and negotiating sales. Initially, there will also be an element of sales negotiation whilst the wider team continues to be rebuilt, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied and hands-on role.
