Sales Support & Transport Coordinator

Our client, a successful and expanding business within the construction sector, is seeking a highly organised and proactive Sales Support & Transport Coordinator to join their busy team in Liverpool.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator looking for a varied role that combines transport coordination, customer service, and sales administration. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting daily operations, ensuring customers receive an efficient and professional service while helping the business maintain its high standards.
The Role
As a Sales Support & Transport Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating transport activities, supporting the sales function, and ensuring the smooth running of administrative processes across the business.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate transport bookings, deliveries, and collections.
• Liaise with customers regarding delivery schedules, collection arrangements, and site requirements.
• Support the sales team with quotations, order processing, and general administration.
• Maintain accurate records and update internal systems.
• Work closely with multiple departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Respond to customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide general administrative support across the business as required.

Skills & Experience
• Previous administration experience, ideally within construction, logistics, hire, transport, or a similar sector.
• Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to prioritise workload effectively and work well under pressure.
• Competent IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
• A positive, flexible, and team-focused approach.
