Job description

Salesforce Data Analyst 6 Month Contract | Immediate Start | Hybrid | £200-235pd PAYE We're partnering with a global technology organisation to recruit a Salesforce Data Analyst for a business-critical data remediation programme. This is an opportunity to make an immediate impact by improving data quality across Salesforce, enabling better reporting, forecasting and business decision-making. You'll join a collaborative Sales Operations team with a clear, prioritised workplan from day one, focusing on resolving existing data issues while helping establish better long-term data governance. What You'll Be Doing • Audit, cleanse and remediate data across Salesforce, including Opportunities, Accounts, Leads and Contracts. • Investigate and resolve data quality issues such as duplicate records, account mismatches and pipeline inconsistencies. • Improve the accuracy of renewal and pricing data. • Review Salesforce fields and identify opportunities to simplify processes and remove manual workarounds. • Build reports and dashboards to monitor data quality and provide meaningful business insights. • Document findings and recommend best practices to improve future data governance and validation. About You You'll have hands-on experience managing Salesforce data and be comfortable working across large CRM datasets. You'll enjoy solving data quality problems and collaborating with stakeholders across Sales Operations, Finance and Technology. We're particularly interested in candidates with: • Experience maintaining Salesforce data. • Strong understanding of Salesforce objects, including Opportunities, Accounts, Contacts, Leads and Contracts. • Experience using tools such as Data Loader, Workbench or similar. • Proven background in data cleansing, auditing, deduplication and bulk data updates. • Experience creating Salesforce reports and dashboards. • Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving. • Strong stakeholder communication skills. Desirable experience includes Salesforce Administration certification, CPQ, subscription or renewal-based business models.
