About the Role: As a Teaching Assistant in the early years classroom, you'll play an important role in supporting children with autism as they explore, learn, and grow. You'll help adapt learning activities to meet individual needs, encourage positive social interaction, and contribute to a classroom culture built on patience, understanding, and inclusion. This role may include supporting personal care routines, as some children may still be in the process of toilet training. You won't be alone our team is full of experienced, understanding professionals who will support and guide you every step of the way.
