SEN/SEMH Teaching Assistant - Greenwich - Specialist School - £95-£115 a day (depending on experience) - Full Time - Immediate Start • SEN/SEMH Teaching Assistant - Previous experience supporting pupils with SEN and/or SEMH needs required • SEN/SEMH Teaching Assistant - Experience working within a specialist setting desirable • SEN/SEMH Teaching Assistant - Must be confident supporting behaviour, communication and learning • SEN/SEMH Teaching Assistant - Required full time ASAP Have you previously worked as a SEN/SEMH Teaching Assistant? Do you have experience supporting pupils with additional needs and behavioural challenges? Are you able to build positive relationships with pupils who require extra support to access learning? If yes, then this SEN/SEMH Teaching Assistant role is for you!!! The Role - SEN/SEMH Teaching Assistant Seeking a resilient and proactive SEN/SEMH Teaching Assistant to support pupils aged 5-16 within a specialist setting. You will work closely with teachers, therapists and pastoral staff to provide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with a range of special educational needs, including autism and social, emotional and mental health needs. The role involves supporting pupils to access learning, implementing behaviour support strategies, promoting emotional regulation and encouraging independence within a structured and nurturing environment.
