Do you have experience supporting pupils with additional or complex needs? Are you able to commute easily to Bromley? If yes, then this SEN Teaching Assistant role is for you!!! The Role - SEN Teaching Assistant Seeking a patient and proactive SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils aged 4-19 within a specialist setting. You will work closely with teachers and therapists to provide 1:1 and small-group support, helping pupils access learning, develop communication skills and work towards EHCP outcomes. The role involves supporting pupils with autism, severe learning difficulties and associated communication needs, promoting independence, encouraging positive behaviour and contributing to a calm, structured and inclusive learning environment.
