Location: Kent
Role: SEN Teaching Assistant (SEN TA / LSA)
Pay: £92 - £107 per day (dependent on experience)
Contract: Day-to-day, Long-term & Permanent opportunities available | Full-time & Part-time
Start Date: September 2026

Key Responsibilities
• Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
• Support children with ASD, ADHD, SEMH and a range of additional learning needs
• Work closely with teachers to deliver tailored learning activities and interventions
• Build positive relationships that promote confidence, independence and engagement
• Help create a safe, inclusive and nurturing learning environment
• Encourage pupils to achieve their individual learning and personal development goals
Requirements
• Previous experience supporting children with SEN within a UK school setting is essential
• Experience working with pupils with a range of additional needs
• A patient, proactive and caring approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for supporting children and helping them succeed
