Secondary SENCO – Full Time The Polesworth School | Tamworth September 2026 We are recruiting on behalf of Communities Academies Trust for an experienced and passionate Secondary SENCO to join The Polesworth School on a full-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive and forward-thinking school where inclusion is at the heart of everything they do. As SENCO, you will play a key leadership role in shaping and developing the school's SEND provision, ensuring every student with additional needs has access to the support, resources and opportunities they need to succeed. Working closely with senior leaders, teaching staff, parents and external agencies, you will lead on the strategic development of SEND across the school while ensuring statutory responsibilities are met and high-quality provision is in place for all learners.
