Job description

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Administrator to join a growing pensions team. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong pensions professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional client service while contributing to operational improvements and system development. You will play a key role in managing complex pension cases, supporting colleagues, maintaining high standards of quality and compliance, and helping optimise pension administration systems and processes. Key Responsibilities • Manage a broad range of SIPP administration activities • Process pension transactions accurately and within agreed service standards • Act as an escalation point for complex technical pension queries • Use pension administration systems effectively to support efficient day-to-day operations • Assist in developing process documentation, procedures and user guidance • Work collaboratively with operational and change teams to ensure system developments meet business needs • Assist with onboarding and training new team members • Ensure all work complies with FCA, HMRC and internal regulatory requirements • Maintain high standards of quality control and risk management • Support the investigation and resolution of operational issues and process improvements About you: • Experience in DT Imago system is essential • Experience in SIPP or pensions administration within financial services • A proactive problem solver • Experience using pension administration platforms • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality client outcomes • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Experience supporting system testing, implementation or process enhancements is desired but not essential If this sounds like you, apply today!
