Senior Architectural Technologist Location: London Salary: £50-55,000 A respected architectural practice based in Central London is looking to appoint a Senior Architectural Technologist to join its growing team. This opportunity is ideal for a technically driven professional with extensive experience delivering complex schemes and leading project teams. The successful candidate will oversee projects throughout all stages of delivery, ensuring technical excellence while coordinating consultants, managing client relationships, and keeping programmes on track. In addition to project leadership, you will support the development of junior colleagues, contribute to winning new business, and play a key role in the ongoing growth and success of the practice. Benefits: * Competitive salary with an attractive benefits package * Company pension scheme and life assurance * Private healthcare cover * Employee wellbeing initiatives and support services * Continuous professional development and structured training opportunities * Flexible, technology-driven working environment * Regular social events and team activities The role of Senior Architectural Technologist will involve: * Leading architectural projects through all RIBA work stages, from concept to completion * Coordinating multidisciplinary design teams, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders throughout project delivery * Producing, reviewing, and managing technical drawings, specifications, and construction documentation * Delivering projects under both traditional and design and build procurement routes * Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong working relationships throughout each project * Supporting business development by identifying new opportunities and helping to deliver an exceptional client experience * Ensuring projects comply with current legislation, Building Regulations, contractual requirements, and industry best practice * Providing technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to junior members of the team * Assisting with project programming, resource planning, and contract administration where required * Monitoring project progress to ensure delivery is on time, within budget, and to the highest technical standards The successful Senior Architectural Technologist will have: * Extensive post-qualification experience within a UK architectural practice, with a proven track record of leading projects * Advanced proficiency in Revit is essential * Excellent technical knowledge of construction detailing, Building Regulations, and technical documentation * Proven experience delivering projects through both traditional and design and build procurement methods * Strong communication and client relationship management skills, with good commercial awareness * Demonstrable leadership experience, with the ability to manage teams, delegate effectively, and drive successful project delivery * A proactive, collaborative, and solution-focused approach to problem-solving * Experience across all RIBA work stages, including traditional contract administration, would be advantageous * A sound understanding of construction contracts, statutory legislation, building regulations, and compliance requirements To apply, please call Sophie on or alternatively, send your CV across to .
