Senior Compliance Associate

We're partnering with a leading London-based insurer to find a Senior Compliance Associate to join the compliance team. This is an opportunity for a compliance professional with a general insurance background, ideally with Lloyd's Market experience, who enjoys taking a proactive approach and making a real impact. Experience: · Cross-functional framework and process design, improvement and operation · Project planning and delivery, including implementation and adoption · Contributing to transformational change within a fast-paced complex environment · Relevant insurance/ reinsurance industry experience required · Influencing and stakeholder management · Sourcing technology solutions and developing/implementing systems and technology solutions · Managing multiple complex processes simultaneously · Dealing with complex problems and developing innovative solutions · Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook · Sharepoint experience and management · QlikSense, PowerBI or similar
