Based in Solihull with travel to other sites required. Travel to other sites is fully expensed, with Solihull serving as your base office. Description As a Senior HR Advisor, you'll be a trusted partner to managers, supporting them across the full employee life-cycle and helping to ensure a positive and consistent employee experience. Key responsibilities include: • Providing day-to-day HR advice and guidance to managers across the business • Managing employee relations cases, including investigations, disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance matters • Supporting the full employee life-cycle, from on-boarding through to off-boarding • Advising managers on HR policies, procedures and best practice • Supporting HR projects, change initiatives and continuous improvement activities • Managing and updating cases through the organisation's HR ticketing system • Assisting with the development and implementation of people processes and initiatives Profile • Previous experience within a generalist Advisor role • Strong employee relations experience and confidence managing cases independently • A good understanding of employment law and HR best practice • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • A proactive, solutions-focused approach • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a varied workload Job Offer • Salary up to £42,000 • Hybrid working arrangement • Base office is in Solihull with travel to other sites required • Travel to other sites is fully expensed, with Solihull serving as your base office • Free on-site parking • Travel expenses covered for business travel • Exposure to a broad range of HR activities and projects • Opportunity to join a supportive and forward-thinking People team If you're looking for a hands-on HR role where you can build strong relationships, support managers, and contribute to positive business outcomes, we'd love to hear from you.
