Our prestigious US law firm client is looking for a tech-forward Senior IT Trainer to transform how its London office and global teams develop, collaborate and embrace the latest AI-powered tools. What’s On Offer: • Competitive salary + exceptional employee benefits • 30 days annual leave + bank holidays • Sought-after City location • St Paul’s / Blackfriars / City Thameslink Senior IT Trainer – What You’ll Be Doing: • Deliver engaging instructor-led and virtual training programmes for global audiences, including new hire onboarding, skills training and tailored departmental sessions. • Design innovative e-learning content and learning resources using tools such as Adobe Captivate and Camtasia. • Champion the adoption of AI tools, including ChatGPT, Harvey and Copilot, creating practical learning resources and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency through AI. • Partner with project teams to support the successful rollout of new technologies, ensuring user-focused training and seamless adoption across the firm. • Assess learning needs, analyse Help Desk trends and user feedback, and continuously enhance training programmes to improve user confidence and reduce support requests. • Build awareness of IT Learning & Development services across the firm, promoting a culture of continuous learning and technology adoption. • Provide one-to-one coaching and ongoing support to colleagues, helping them maximise the value of the firm's technology and AI solutions. Senior IT Trainer – What We’re Looking For: • 5+ years’ experience in a similar / Senior IT Trainer role within a law firm. • Ability to quickly learn, master and deliver training on new technologies and enterprise applications (legal technology experience such as iManage, Intapp or Litera is advantageous). • Experience using AI tools, such as ChatGPT, Harvey or Copilot, to create engaging learning content and improve training delivery. • Expertise in adult learning principles, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts into engaging, user-friendly training.
