• Experience working within Lettings • Great Communication Skills • Working within an award winning agency Senior Lettings Consultant - High Wycombe Full Time £23,000 Basic + car allowance - £37,000 OTE An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join a highly successful and award-winning lettings team based in High Wycombe. This is a fast-paced, client-facing role suited to someone who thrives in a busy environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining high compliance standards. The Role You will manage the full applicant journey from initial registration through to move-in, including: • Conducting property viewings • Applicant registration and qualification • Referencing and AML checks • Tenancy progression and creation • Handover into the property management CRM • Liaising with landlords and tenants throughout the process • Upselling products to existing and new landlords • Discuss and update landlords on marketing of their properties • Assist and support the office with the day to day running and branch administration • Assist in business generation and support in the branch achieving monthly sales targets Experience Required • Previous experience within residential lettings • Strong knowledge of lettings compliance and legislation • Excellent communication and organisational skills • Ability to work independently and within a close-knit team • Confident exercising judgement in tenant selection • Working under pressure in order to meet deadlines • Must hold a full driving licence • Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude Package • £23,000 basic salary with an OTE of £37,000 • Car allowance available • Full-time position • Supportive and professional team environment • Opportunity to join a respected and established business with an excellent local reputation Contact: If you are interested in this role, click apply or if you want to discuss the role in further detail contact Ilan Dickman at Rayner Personnel or Please Note: Rayner Personnel - Property Recruitment are acting as a recruitment agency with regards to this position.
