Senior Lettings Manager – Crawley£30,000 basic | £55,000–£60,000 realistic earnings | Uncapped commission Our client, a well-established and highly regarded estate agency with a strong presence across the region, is looking for an experienced Senior Lettings Manager to lead their Crawley branch. This is a great opportunity for an experienced lettings professional who's ready to take the next step into management. You'll take ownership of your branch's lettings performance, lead a team, and play a key role in driving new business — all backed by a structured career path, strong earning potential, and genuine investment in your development.
