Senior Payroll Coordinator

Job Overview You will support the payroll team with delivery of monthly payrolls as well as some accounting duties. Day to Day Responsibilities as a Senior Payroll Coordinator: • Manage monthly payroll process, including input and data uploads • Dealing with queries from employees and stakeholders • Statutory reporting, including P60s, P11ds and PAYE Settlement Agreement • Journal uploads and reconciliation of control accounts. Essential Skills and Competencies: • UK Payroll legislation knowledge • High level of computer literacy (MS Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) • High level of organisational ability; ability to work to tight deadlines and targets • Good communication and customer service skills Desirable Skills and Competencies: • Experience with ADP iHCM • Experience using multiple payroll platforms • Experience with accounting 51362MTR INDPAY The Portfolio Group are acting on behalf of our client in recruiting for this position.
