Job description

Our client, a successful and growing property company based in the heart of Hampstead, is looking for a confident, proactive and highly organised Property Administrator to become an integral part of their friendly and collaborative team. Working from their beautiful office in one of London's most desirable locations, with parking available, you'll provide PA support to the Director while delivering administrative support to the Acquisitions team, ensuring everything runs efficiently and helping to keep projects on track. Key Responsibilities: • PA support to the Director, including diary management, meetings and administrative support. • Assisting with the smooth running of the offices. • Supporting the Acquisitions teams by reviewing inbound property leads, maintaining Salesforce CRM and helping prioritise opportunities. • Providing administrative and organisational support across the wider team. • Coordinating internal communication and ensuring projects progress smoothly. • Assisting with marketing initiatives, advertising and social media activity. • General office administration. About You: • Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail. • Strong Microsoft Office skills. • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities. • A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities. • Experience with Salesforce CRM and social media (Facebook and Instagram) would be advantageous, although training can be provided.
