We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Sales Negotiator to join our successful and growing estate agency team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious property professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, generating new business, and progressing property sales from instruction through to completion.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record within residential estate agency, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with buyers, sellers, and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
• Register and qualify buyers, understanding their requirements and matching them with suitable properties.
• Conduct property viewings and provide a professional, informative service to prospective purchasers.
• Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors to achieve the best possible outcomes.
• Progress sales through to exchange and completion, liaising with solicitors, mortgage advisers, surveyors, and all parties involved.
• Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, referrals, and applicant management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and buyers, providing regular updates throughout the sales process.
• Assist with property valuations where appropriate and support senior management in winning new instructions.
• Ensure all CRM records are accurate and up to date.
• Meet and exceed individual and branch sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain excellent knowledge of the local property market and current industry legislation.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while representing the company professionally at all times.
Skills & Experience RequiredEssential
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Sales Negotiator within residential estate agency.
• Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple sales simultaneously.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to business generation.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (unless a company vehicle is provided).
Desirable
• Experience conducting market appraisals/valuations.
• Knowledge of the local property market.
• Experience using estate agency CRM software.
• CeMAP qualification or knowledge of mortgage services (advantageous).

1 in 3 Saturdays: 9:00am – 4:00pm
