Senior Support Worker

The Band will offer support and supervision to colleagues and provide specialist advice relevant to their clinical practice and expertise. They will be responsible for delivering training to team members as well as to teams outside of LD services and the wider Trust.The Postholder will be based at St Marys Hospital and will operationally report to the Clinical Team Manager.The service currently operates 7 days a week. The successful candidate will work with flexibility where required to meet service and service user need.
