Reporting into senior leadership, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of private clients, providing strategic estate management and professional advice while supporting the continued development of the business. You will enjoy a high degree of autonomy and be trusted to deliver exceptional client outcomes across a varied and engaging workload Client Details Our client are a well-established and highly respected property consultancy, delivering estate management and professional services across a broad range of rural property interests. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious surveyor looking to take ownership of client relationships, develop new business opportunities, and play a key role in the growth of a successful team. Description • Deliver estate management services including consultancy and advisory support on rural property matters. • Provide professional advice across landlord and tenant matters, valuations, diversification and development projects. • Advise on lettings, utilities, energy projects, compensation claims and wider estate management issues. • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery. • Collaborate with colleagues across multiple disciplines to deliver comprehensive solutions for clients. • Identify and develop new business opportunities, contributing to a strong future pipeline of work. • Represent the business at industry events and support wider ESG initiatives.
