The Role Whether you're seeking a new challenge or ready to take the next step in your planning career, this is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative and forward-thinking consultancy. As a Senior Planner, you'll be responsible for: • Preparing and managing planning applications and appeals. • Undertaking research and due diligence to support strategic decision-making. • Providing high-quality written advice and reports. • Liaising and negotiating with local authorities, clients, and key stakeholders. • Participating in community engagement events. • Managing projects effectively, ensuring timely and professional delivery. • Supporting and mentoring junior colleagues within a friendly team structure. About You You will be a chartered Town Planner (MRTPI) or working towards qualification, with planning experience gained in the public or private sector.
