As our operational complexity grows, tight control of inventory, accurate stock handling, and smooth logistics flow become critical. We are therefore looking for a Senior Warehouse Operative based at our Service Centre in Crawley to strengthen the day-to-day control of our warehouse and logistics operations. This role sits at the heart of our logistics organisation. You will oversee the handling of incoming and outgoing goods, maintain accurate inventory records, and ensure devices and parts move efficiently through our systems. You will work closely with Operations, Repair, and Support teams to keep stock flowing smoothly and to continuously improve how we manage our warehouse. Key Tasks and Responsibilities: Package & Inventory Handling Sort and process all incoming and internal packages, including: • Odoo parts • Terminations • Incoming tickets • Cancellations • RMA repairs Ensure all packages are correctly identified, labelled, and routed to the appropriate next step in the process. Odoo System & Transfer Management Perform and manage all Odoo stock transfers, including: • Booking incoming packages into the system • Transferring parts and devices to repair, preparation, or technician locations Maintain accurate and real-time stock data in Odoo. Inventory Control & Stock Management Perform regular rack scans to ensure physical stock matches system records. Keep full oversight of own stock by: • Booking in incoming own-stock parts • Sorting parts into correct own-stock locations • Performing cycle counts and resolving discrepancies Ensure inventory accuracy and traceability at all times. Terminations & Cancellations Processing Manage the logistics flow for terminations and cancellations, including: • Creating own-stock tickets • Labelling returned devices • Sorting devices for final checks, repairs, or refurbishment Ensure compliant and structured handling of returned assets. Repairs, Salvaging & Refurbishment Oversee the salvaging of scrap devices to recover usable refurbished parts. Ensure salvaged components are correctly processed, stored, and booked into stock where applicable. Supplier & Warranty Claims Create and manage claims for faulty parts and accessories with suppliers. Coordinate returnable parts processes with suppliers such as: Dell, Lenovo, Microsoft Track claim statuses and ensure timely resolution and credit/replacement.
