Service Advisor - Dealership Location: Swindon Basic Salary: Up to £32,000pa OTE: £38,000pa Working hours: 8-6pm with Saturdays on rota Our fantastic industry leading client, a main dealership in SWINDON is looking for a high-performing Service Advisor to join their successful Aftersales team. Key Service Advisor Responsibilities: • First point of contact for service & maintenance customers in the dealership • Manage bookings, courtesy cars, and customer updates • Liaise with workshop teams to ensure smooth service delivery • Upsell additional work, service plans, and warranties Service Advisor Requirements: • Main dealership Service Advisor experience essential • Confident, organised, and customer-focused • Full UK driving licence • Experience in a similar role, as a Service Admin / Service Advisor or similar • Experience with Kerridge/Pinnacle/DRIVE/ONELink • An ability to sell additional products and services to customer • Experience in using commercial databases To apply for this exciting Service Advisor role in Swindon please contact Laura at Ethos Recruitment
