Job description

• To ensure accurate and timely maintenance of electronic patient records, updating clinical activity in line with Trust information governance standards and ensuring documentation is complete, secure, and audit-ready at all times. • To support the coordination of staff activity by contributing to the allocation, monitoring, and oversight of delegated clinical tasks, ensuring effective use of workforce resources within agreed service frameworks. • To maintain clinical competence through ongoing professional development, engaging in advanced training, policy review activities, and contributing to the evolution of professional standards within the service. • To support the implementation of Trust policies and national guidelines by ensuring adherence to operational procedures, regulatory requirements, and best practice frameworks across all areas of service delivery. • To contribute to the development and delivery of training, supervision, and mentorship for junior staff and learners, supporting skill development and promoting consistent standards of practice across the team. • To promote effective communication across internal and external stakeholders by ensuring timely sharing of relevant service information, supporting continuity of operational activity and service responsiveness.
