We are seeking a meticulous and organised Supply Planner to join a leading team within the FMCG industry. This role, based in Bristol, will focus on ensuring the efficient management of inventory and supply chain processes to meet business demands. As part of a medium-sized company, the successful candidate will join a team dedicated to operational excellence in procurement and supply chain. Description • Develop and maintain accurate supply plans to meet customer demand efficiently. • Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to avoid stock shortages or surpluses. • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any supply-related issues. • Analyse sales forecasts and trends to optimise stock levels and reduce waste. • Maintain accurate records of inventory and supply chain activities. • Prepare reports and provide insights to support decision-making within the procurement & supply chain department. • Assist in identifying cost-saving opportunities within the supply chain process. • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations regarding inventory and procurement practices.
