Cygnet Group are looking for a confident, caring and motivated Learning Disabilities Support Worker to join our friendly team at Devon Lodge. If you’re passionate about helping others live fulfilling, independent lives, this is a role where you can genuinely make a difference every single day. We are offering a 42-hour contract, working a variety of daytime shifts. Some shifts may start at 7 am, while others may finish at 10 pm, across a 7-day rota (including two weekends per month). Devon Lodge is a specialist residential service for adults with autism and learning disabilities, who may have behaviours that challenge. We aim to provide a safe, comfortable and effective environment, promoting independence and community integration. Person-centred planning is at the heart of everything we do, based on each person’s specific needs.
