£14.52 per hour (Days) | £12.71 per hour (Sleeping Nights)
Permanent | Full-Time | 140 hours per month | 14 hour shifts
Join a small, supportive team providing 2:1 care for a 41-year-old man living independently with a C4/C5 spinal cord injury. This is a role with purpose, variety, and real impact—no two days are the same.
You’ll support him at home and in the community, including:
• Attending charity events in London
• Supporting his work with a national spinal injury charity
• Helping him maintain an active, fulfilling lifestyle
What You’ll Do
• Personal care & daily living support
• Mobility, travel, and community activities
• Working as part of a consistent 2:1 team
• Supporting work commitments and social routines
What Matters Most
You don’t need previous care experience—we provide full, hands-on training.
We’re looking for someone who is:
• Kind, calm, and emotionally intelligent
• Trustworthy and dependable
• Able to work 14-hour shifts
• A confident driver with their own car (rural location)

Requirements
• Full UK driving licence
• Own transport
• Good level of English
• Willingness to provide some annual leave cover
