Make a Difference Every Day The Grange is a 27-bedded residential home, providing exceptional support to individuals with physical disability or neurological condition. We are looking for compassionate and skilled Support Worker to help our residents lead fulfilling lives and achieve their personal goals. What You’ll be Doing • Assist residents with personal care and daily living activities. • Support residents in developing and maintaining their independence. • Help residents with meal preparation, medication management, and household tasks. • Provide emotional support and companionship. • Maintain accurate records and documentation. • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. • Ensure a safe and clean-living environment for residents.
