We are looking for a confident Care & Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding healthcare. You'll be working full time 42 hours a week, 12 hour shifts, including alternate weekends (four shifts week one, three shifts week two, on a two week rolling rota), days only, making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Woodrow House, Stockport. Woodrow House is a specialist residential service, supporting adults with learning disabilities who may have behaviours that challenge and associated complex needs. We provide specialist care and support that is tailored to individual needs, promoting independence and community integration.
