Key Responsibilities • Support teaching and learning across the classroom • Work with pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups • Assist with lesson preparation and classroom activities • Support pupils' academic, social, and emotional development • Encourage positive behaviour and engagement in learning • Work closely with teachers and support staff to meet pupil needs RequirementsEssential: • GCSE English & Maths (Grade C/4 or above) • Experience working with children in a school, childcare, or similar setting • Strong communication and teamwork skills Desirable: • Experience as a Teaching Assistant • Knowledge of SEN and intervention support • Degree in Education, Psychology, or a related subject How to ApplyTo apply, please submit your CV.
