Administrator (Neighbourhoods Coordinator) Chichester, Part Time (21 hours) Up to £25,000 Hyde is looking for a Team Administrator (Neighbourhoods Coordinator) to join our collaborative and values-driven team. As a Team Administrator (Neighbourhoods Coordinator) at Hyde, you will support the neighbourhoods and specialist housing teams by coordinating site visits, managing appointments and helping colleagues deliver services in line with agreed targets. You will play a key role in keeping schedules organised, liaising with customers and stakeholders, maintaining accurate records and supporting the timely resolution of repairs, complaints and building safety-related activities. Key Duties • Coordinate and schedule site visits for officers and managers, ensuring appointments are completed within target timescales. • Plan logical routes and allocate appointments efficiently to reduce travel time and support effective use of resources. • Maintain accurate records for site visits, inspections, complaints, repairs, key management and related resolutions. • Provide administrative support for reports, presentations, customer events and complaint handling, escalating risks and issues where required. As an Administrator (Neighbourhoods Coordinator) we’re seeking someone who can bring: Proven experience in coordinating schedules, appointments or administrative processes. Strong communication and organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail. A proactive mindset and passion for supporting safe, well-managed homes and positive customer experiences.
