Temp Receptionists needed in Central London

We are currently looking for temp Receptionists to support with holiday, sickness and temp to perm needs. Most of our clients are Finance companies based in the West End and require previous Reception experience. Most working hours are and will be paying between £14 and £15 hour. The role • Meeting and greeting visitors and managing sign in process • Managing office email • Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests • Facilitating conference/ video calls where required • Liaising with building management and facilities • Meeting room booking and organisation. Managing meeting rooms and refreshments • Ordering office supplies, stationery and kitchen supplies • Organising weekly office flowers and fruit order • Organising taxis and couriers • Working closely with the Office Manager and supporting overflow of responsibilities • Upkeep of the internal contact list • Ad hoc Admin
