Tenancy Manager

This is a fantastic career opportunity for an experienced Tenancy Manager to join the City’s leading independent estate agencyin Clerkenwell. Established over 30 years ago, our client is a niche, privately-owned company that has built a significant portfolio of residential development sales, landlords and private clients. You would be responsible for a portfolio of properties negotiating annual rent increases on behalf of the landlord, processing notices to end the tenancy and, offering support and advice to the landlord throughout the life of a tenancy. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm.
