Full time £36,000 - £46,000 Fully remote - based anywhere in the UK PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH: 401(k), 401 Roth, medical insurance and HSA arrangements Michelle Denny Recruitment is supporting a business in the search for a US Payroll, Benefits & Finance Administrator to join them on a permanent, full time basis. This role combines responsibility for US payroll and employee benefits administration with wider bookkeeping and finance support. It will suit somebody who already has experience of US payroll and benefits and enjoys working across both payroll and finance in a varied position. US payroll and benefits experience is essential. This advert reflects the broader full time version of the role, combining specialist payroll expertise with bookkeeping and finance administration. Key responsibilities US payroll and benefits • Coordinating payroll inputs and employee changes for a US based workforce • Supporting the administration of US employee benefits, including 401(k), 401 Roth, medical insurance and HSA arrangements • Reviewing payroll information returned by the current US payroll provider, checking calculations and accuracy • Managing employee changes through payroll and benefits systems • Liaising with benefits providers and supporting the ongoing administration of benefit arrangements • Assisting with payroll reporting and associated administration Finance support • Supporting bookkeeping and day to day finance administration • Assisting with reconciliations, journals and month end processes • Supporting financial reporting where required • Helping bring elements of outsourced finance administration back in house over time What we're looking for • Previous experience of US payroll and benefits administration is essential • Familiarity with 401(k), healthcare and medical benefits, HSA and employee payroll changes • Bookkeeping or finance administration experience • Experience using payroll systems, HRIS, finance software or benefits platforms • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage a varied workload independently • Excellent organisational and communication skills What's on offer • Permanent full time position • £36,000 - £46,000 • Fully remote, based anywhere in the UK • A varied role combining specialist US payroll expertise with broader finance responsibilities If you have the specialist experience we're looking for, we'd love to hear from you.
