Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer / Assistant Manager Salary: Competitive Basic + OTE £50,000 – £70,000 (depending on experience) + Company Car Location: Hove Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm, plus every other Saturday, 9:00am – 5:00pm (with a day off in lieu during the week) Holiday: 20 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays Are you an experienced Estate Agent looking to take the next step in your career with a well-established, independent agency that genuinely values its people? Key Responsibilities • Carrying out market appraisals and winning new property instructions. • Generating new business opportunities through proactive canvassing and networking. • Managing the sales process from instruction through to completion. • Negotiating offers and achieving the best outcomes for vendors and buyers. • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and applicants. • Conducting property viewings where required. • Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team. • Assisting with the day-to-day running of the branch and deputising for management when required. • Working towards and exceeding individual and branch performance targets. The Ideal Candidate • Previous experience within estate agency sales is essential. • A proven track record of carrying out successful valuations and winning instructions. • Highly motivated, target-driven and commercially aware. • Excellent negotiation and communication skills. • Strong relationship-building and customer service abilities. • Well-presented, professional and confident. • Able to work independently whilst also contributing positively to a team environment. • Full UK driving licence. • Able to demonstrate a strong understanding of the local property market.
